Using the System

The First Time You Call:
The first time you call you will need to use your temporary security code, which are the last 4 digits of the social security number of the first person listed on the account.

We recommend that you immediately change your security code to a new 4-digit number that is easy for you to remember, and only you know.  To change your security code just press 6 at the main menu, and follow the instructions provided.

Each time you use Dial-A-Bank you will need to have the account numbers you wish to access at-hand, plus you will need the full social security number of the first person on the account.

All transactions conducted prior to our cut-off time, Monday through Friday, will be processed that business day.

To Change Your Security Code – Press 6

Your security code cannot start with zero (0) in the first position.  Enter your new four digit security code and press # when done or * to cancel.
